This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar browser storage are, what we place on your device when you visit imaginativeplay.co, why we place them, and how you can control them. Under UK law, browser localStorage and sessionStorage are treated the same as cookies — this policy covers all three.

Strictly necessary (always on)
These are the only cookies and storage keys set on this site. They are essential for the site to work correctly and cannot be switched off. They are placed automatically when you visit — no consent is required because no personal data is shared with third parties for advertising or profiling purposes.

Third-party content: Spotify
The homepage includes an embedded Spotify album player, served in an iframe from open.spotify.com. This iframe loads automatically when you visit the page. Spotify may set their own cookies and localStorage on the Spotify domain (open.spotify.com, spotify.com) when the player loads. We have no visibility into or control over that storage — it is governed by Spotify’s privacy policy. Spotify is operated by Spotify AB (Sweden) and may transfer data internationally.
Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies and localStorage through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block all cookies, delete existing ones, or clear storage when you close the window. Note that deleting our strictly necessary cookie (ip_consent) will cause the cookie banner to reappear on your next visit, since we will have no record of your previous choice.

Changes to this policy
We will update this policy whenever we add a new vendor or change how storage is used. When we do, the date at the top of the page will change and, if the change affects your consent, the banner will reappear so you can make a fresh choice.
